Houston-based founder Fabián Rodríguez built the B2B platform after years of hitting the same gap as a travel agent: good pricing or good support, never both.

The secret to the businesses that will make a difference, not just now but in the future, is combining technology without dehumanizing it.”

HOUSTON, TX, UNITED STATES, September 3, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- ServiceTrip, a business-to-business travel technology platform founded by Cuban-born entrepreneur Fabián Rodríguez, has grown to connect more than 68,000 travel agencies worldwide under a single real-time booking system, the company announced. The 26-year-old founder is now preparing to extend the platform's model directly to consumers through a forthcoming mobile app.

Launched in 2019 and built out during the 2020 pandemic travel slowdown, ServiceTrip centralizes flights on every major airline, close to 7.9 million hotels, private jets, car rentals, cruise lines, and more than 450 pre-built tour packages into one real-time platform for travel agencies. Bookings are confirmed instantly rather than through the email-and-quote cycle that still dominates much of the industry, and agent commissions, structured through a points system, are deposited to agency bank accounts within 24 hours, compared with the 15-to-30-day standard elsewhere in the sector.

“In one platform you'd find a good price but no support. In another there was support but no price,” Rodríguez said, describing the gap he identified during nearly two years working as a travel agent across several established platforms before founding ServiceTrip. “I built this to cover every need an agency or a passenger could have.”

The platform's free-to-join model includes three membership tiers, Bronze, Platinum and Gold, unlocked through direct purchase or monthly booking volume, and a referral system that rewards agencies with points for every new agency they bring onto the network. ServiceTrip has also built a network of service partners, including a 15% Uber discount on every reservation, automated flight-delay compensation claims, international eSIM access and baggage-loss protection, alongside live human support available in Spanish 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

“The secret to the businesses that will make a difference, not just now but in the future, is combining technology without dehumanizing it,” Rodríguez said.

ServiceTrip is now finalizing a consumer-facing mobile app that will extend the same real-time booking, points, and support system directly to individual travelers, allowing users to earn and redeem points on their own bookings and connect frequent-flyer accounts across airlines.

Travel agencies and agents can register for free at servicetrip.com, where a live chat connects new users with a support agent via WhatsApp; accounts are typically activated within one to two business hours.
